Steps to initiate return / replacement
Step 1 - Raise a return / replacement request within 3 days after delivery, if you have received wrong / expired products.

- Step 2 - We take 2 working days to process your request
Step 3 - After reviewing the request, we will initiate a return from our end and send the courier person to your place.
In cases, where return courier service is unavailable, you will have to ship the products on your own and we will reimburse the return shipment charges through Google Pay or PayTM.
- Step 4 - Once the products are delivered back to us, we will verify them against the claim made and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.
When can I return or replace a product
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damage product delivered
- Incomplete order / Missing products
When is return or replacement not accepted
- Opened/ Used / Altered products
- Original packaging missing (product labels etc.)
- Return or replacement initiated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
