Shipping Policy

All orders with medicines need to go through doctor approval before they are shipped.
Ensure you've submitted complete details for Doctor Consultation if it is your first order with us.
If required, our doctors will call you on your registered mobile number within 24 hours after the order is placed.
After approval, your order will be shipped immediately on the next business day.

Note: If you are unavailable or miss the doctor's call, 2 more attempts will be made on the next day after which your order will be auto cancelled.

Shipping Time

All orders once shipped will be delivered within 3-7 business days.
Given the restrictions due to COVID, the shipping time has increased considerably and we request you all to cooperate with us until things get back to normal.

Note: Orders from Jammu & Kashmir and North East India will take at least 14 business days and are usually shipped via Indian Postal Service.
